FIELD: measuring battery reactance corresponding to definite degree of its charge.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device has sine-wave master oscillator connected through one lead to digital meter and through its other lead, to battery; digital meter has compensating device, code-to-voltage converter, and result register; output of mentioned sine-wave master oscillator is connected to input of compensating device and additional lead, to code input of code-to-voltage converter; reference-power supply is connected to analog input of mentioned converter whose output is connected to input of result register; compensating-device output is connected to input of code-to-voltage converter.

EFFECT: enhanced measurement accuracy and sensitivity of device.
