Cable connector and unions adapted to be connected to suction system for sucking fragmentary biological tissues and liquid supplying system are positioned on emitter rear side. Ratio of total weight of emitter and concentrator and weight of casing is below 0.8. Reduced vibration of casing provides for safe operator's work.
