FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Ultrasonic surgical instrument comprising an ultrasonic vibration emitter with a concentrator connected to the body by means of an annular membrane. At that, housing is connected to casing, electromechanical elements are fixed on radiator, for example piezoceramic rings, electric contacts of which are connected to power supply cable connector, for supply of medicinal solution there is a nozzle, wherein ratio of total weight of radiator and concentrator to weight of housing with housing is not more than 0.8. On the cylindrical part of the casing the unions are fixed: for supply of the medicinal solution and for ozone supply from the ozonizer, and along the instrument axial line in the narrow part of the casing a channel is made for creation of the drug solution jet.
EFFECT: technical result of the declared invention consists in increasing the accuracy of drug solution ingress onto the affected area of the body, which improves effectiveness in treating external wounds.
