FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves covering titanium gauze plate with xenograft like xenoderma flap. Plate form repeats orbit bone bed shape and is engageable with it. The endoprosthesis is fixed using T-shaped fixing members manufactured from titanium nickelide possessing shape memory properties. The fixing members are introduced into premanufactured openings spaced over the bone defect boundary. EFFECT: prevented development of binocular diplopia, enophthalmos and restricted eyeball mobility. 2 dwg
