FIELD: medicine, transfusiology. SUBSTANCE: plasma enriched with leukocytes and platelets is centrifuged at 700-800 rot./min and +20 - 22 C for 15-20 min at its subsequent additional partition due to centrifuging at 2800-3000 rot./min and +20 - 22 C for 15-20 min upon cellular-deficient plasma and leukothrombocytic mass which should be diluted with physiological solution and irradiated with ultraviolet radiation during intravenous injection at the dosage of 270-350 J/m. The present method enables to normalize temperature quickly, decrease the number of complications and lethal cases, accelerate purification of purulent wounds and epithelization, shorten the terms for scarring the cavities of abscesses and wounds. EFFECT: higher efficiency of traditional cryoprecipitatopheresis.
