FIELD: concentration of minerals. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes disintegration and screening operations, primary concentration, intermediate screening, re-extraction of fine classes of valuable component by deposition of ferromagnetic flocculi, finishing concentrate and magnetic separation. Magnetic separation is performed before of after or before and after primary concentration; magnetic fraction separated at this is directed for final extraction of fine classes. Magnetic is directed for final extraction of fine classes before or at the beginning or before and at the beginning, as well as in the course of operation. Production line proposed for realization of said method includes the following components mounted in succession: disintegration and screening unit, primary concentration equipment complex, grinding-and-classifying unit, unit for re-extraction of fine classes of valuable component by deposition on ferromagnetic flocculi, concentration finishing apparatus complex, magnetic separators, metering bin and/or magnetic fraction supply control unit. Magnetic separators are mounted before and/or after primary concentration apparatus complex; outlets of magnetic separators are connected with inlet of fine class final extraction unit and metering bin and/or magnetic fraction supply control unit mounted between them. Metering bin may include two gates fitted in succession at its outlet. Magnetic fraction supply control unit includes magnetic fraction content analyzer and control signal generating unit or magnetic fraction outlet sensor and control signal generating unit. In either case, control signal generating unit is connected with magnetic separators or with metering bin outlet. EFFECT: increased extraction of fine classes of valuable component due to optimization of content of magnetic fraction in concentration products. 7 cl, 8 dwg
