FIELD: geophysical well methods of control over development of oil fields; applicable in rapid determination of type of pore filler of reservoir formation. SUBSTANCE: method includes measurement of signal of seismo-acoustic emission in sound frequency band at preset well depth and determination of full energy of seismoacoustic emission. At same depth, bottom-hole zone is subjected to force acoustic action resulting in change of full energy of seismoacoustic emission. Value of this energy is compared after and before acoustic action, and nature of reservoir saturation is determined by sign of obtained change. Presence in reservoir of oil is determined by increase of energy, and decrease of energy indicates presence of water in reservoir. EFFECT: higher accuracy of identification of water- and oil-saturated reservoirs due to registration and analysis of change of properties of state of fluid saturating the reservoir. 2 cl, 6 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex
