FIELD: pipeline transport. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for forming strengthening bandage on defective section of pipeline restoring, to required value, ratio of ring and axial stresses in pipeline under repair being exposed to internal pressure. Band is formed from longitudinal and cross reinforcement materials impregnated with polymeric binder and placed between outer layers made of fabric or cross braided straps.
