FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves aseptically filling unsealed pharmaceutical containers 2 with pharmaceutical preparation 5 from loading unit 6 to adjacent area 4. Method has 4 stages as follows: a) introducing sterile inert protection gas 3 into portable chamber 1; b) introducing chamber 1 into loading unit 6; c) introducing pharmaceutical containers 2 into chamber 1 and closing chamber 1; d) transporting chamber 1 to the next area 4 where pharmaceutical containers 2 are removed from chamber 1. Protection gas 3 is continuously distributed at the stages of b)-d) above unsealed pharmaceutical containers 2.
