FIELD: medicine, means for clinical laboratory analysis. SUBSTANCE: facility includes horizontal plate made of insulation material to carry blood sample, two measurement metal electrodes located in zone of position of blood sample mounted for electric contact with this sample, resistance-to-electric signal converter connected to these electrodes, additional metal electrode, additional resistance-to-electric signal converter, drive of reciprocating motion which mobile rod can travel along vertical line, pickup of maximum vertical position of rod, electron coincidence unit and electron timing device. One measurement and additional electrodes come in the form of wires of equal length placed vertically and anchored at fixed distance one from another on insulation plate mechanically coupled to end of drive rod. Lower free ends of wires are bent at right angle with vertical and drive can dip bent ends of wires into blood sample when rod travels. Input of additional resistance-to-electric signal converter is connected to measurement and additional electrodes anchored on insulation plate. Output of pickup of maximum vertical position of rod and outputs of both resistance to-electric signal converters are connected to input of electron coincidence unit and its output is connected to electron timing device.
