FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: before the treatment and 3 wk after antihypertensive therapy it is detected the time for erythrocytic resistance to peroxide hemolysis initiated with bivalent iron and autoblood hemolysate. When the time for erythrocytic resistance to peroxide hemolysis is increased the effect of antihypertensive therapy is considered to be satisfactory, at the absence of such an increase - as not satisfactory. The method requires no complicated equipment and enables to control an impact of antihypertensive therapy upon the state of cellular membranes being one of the key moments of pathogenesis of arterial hypertonia.
