SUBSTANCE: veloergometric sapling should be carried out both before and after therapy course to determine total decrease of ST segment and Q-T interval dispersion at the level of loading. One should calculate tolerance coefficient to loading by original mathematical formula by taking into account all these values. If tolerance coefficient value to loading after treatment is altered therapeutic effect is evaluated to be either satisfactory or unsatisfactory. The suggested method takes into consideration, along the fact of presence or absence of coronary failure, the degree of alterations appeared in myocardium as a result of loading that enables to correct therapy in this category of patients in due time.
