SUBSTANCE: one should carry out electrocardiography before therapy and after 3-wk-long anti-hypertensive therapy. Then it is necessary to detect dispersion of correcting interval QT before therapy and after 3-wk-long anti-hypertensive therapy. At the value of dispersion of correcting interval QT before therapy being above that of after 3-wk-long anti-hypertensive therapy the efficiency of anti-hypertensive therapy should be evaluated as satisfactory. And at the value of dispersion of correcting interval QT before therapy being equal or below that of after 3-wk-long anti-hypertensive therapy - as unsatisfactory. The innovation enables to control the impact of anti-hypertensive therapy upon functional myocardial state, in particular - upon the degree of its electric heterogeneity in patients at severe arterial hypertension without applying complicated equipment.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of control.
