SUBSTANCE: at least 1000 TCD50/0,1 ml of the virus of herpes simplex and 2 mln of microbe bodies of Staphylococcus aureus are injected simultaneously into the front chamber of the eye of the experimental animal, after that the cornea is examined on the 3rd-5th day after infection. EFFECT: enhanced frequency of simulation of herpes-staphylococcus ulcer up to 47%, reduced frequency of drawing-in of the uveal tract of development of endophthalmities down to 30%.
