SUBSTANCE: mobile telephone set of CDMA system has memory device for saving plurality of control voltage preset values, received-signal power index data classified as plurality of estimates for each control voltage value, reference voltage data classified as plurality of estimates for each received-signal power index to comply with desired signal reception conditions, and data on control voltage variations corresponding to reference voltage data. Method includes procedures of setting initial control voltage for damping device, receiving communication signal, finding one of estimates of received-signal power index data belonging to received-signal power index, finding one of estimates of reference voltage data received signal belongs to, and estimating difference between normal signal and external radio noise signals basing on control voltage, received-signal power index estimates, and reference voltage data estimates.
