SUBSTANCE: methods involve following procedures: segmenting data bursts to form at least two variable-length segments, shaping miniature locations by adding code to each of at least two segments, and multiplexing these miniature locations to form at least one data location thereby eliminating problem of extremely long miniature data locations.
