FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to procedure of change of dimension of minicell belonging to individual connection in process of continuing connection. For this purpose control minicell is used which is transferred either to individual connection or is employed in same connection in which dimension of minicell should be altered. Depending on construction of system control minicell is treated either on level of control with the aid operation and maintenance of communication network or on level of chart with the help of transmitting equipment.
