FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with data transmission with use of protocol of asynchronous transmission schedule, with method and device for effective filling of unused sections of each signal for substantial reduction of delays in data transmission. While asynchronous transmission schedule is employed in systems with low-speed transmission in bits, for instance, in cellular systems with transmission of speech signals use of bandwidth is improved markedly thanks to usage of separating minimessages. Separating minimessages have length determined beforehand, for example, one octade and are entered into useful load of message of asynchronous transmission schedule when there is delay in arrival of distributed minimessages. As soon as distributed minimessage that has valid data of user arrives this distributed minimessage can be inserted into useful load of present message of asynchronous transmission schedule immediately after last separating minimessage. In contrast to known methods this method excludes necessity of waiting for next message of asynchronous transmission schedule for entry of assignable minimessage. EFFECT: reduced delay time in transmission of data with use of protocol of asynchronous transmission schedule for systems with low-speed transmission of speech signals, improved usage of bandwidth. 26 cl, 12 dwg
