Length of minicell is specified in minicell proper or is indicated indirectly with use of table of correspondence of identifiers of circuits to lengths of minicells. Dimensions of mini vary in process of connection. Formula of invention describes device reading head of cell to extract user information from individual minicells and telephone network for communication with mobile objects employing device reading head of cell.
