FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to exclude the heart out of circulation. Under visual control one should affect injured calcificated parts with impulse laser radiation. It is used laser radiation at 193-248 nm or 308 nm wave length and impulse frequency of 10 Hz, not less. Energy density is maintained to be not lower than 5.5 J/cm2. Laser radiation energy should range 200-500 mJ. Due to the impact of laser beam one should observe the ablation of injured parts. The method enables to shorten the period of postoperative rehabilitation and decrease the frequency of complications. EFFECT: higher efficiency of correction. 4 cl, 2 dwg
