FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in perforation of pipes of oil or gas wells. SUBSTANCE: device has piston with seals and puncturing tool located in working chamber of puncturing perforator. Piston edges are radial. Channels are made for supply of well fluid to seals inside piston. Installed in channels are small pistons and devices for limiting their protrusion from channels. They have through holes. External surface of tool is expanding by steps from head part. Tool inside has longitudinal hole brought to which are holes from each step and radial channels on tool base for connection of formed perforation channel with well. EFFECT: absent scores on piston caused by cylinder walls, satisfactory protrusion of tool from perforation channel, full return of piston and tool to initial position. 1 dwg
