FIELD: oil, gas, water producing industries; applicable in well perforation. SUBSTANCE: method includes shooting of bullets by bullet perforator along well axis, changing of bullet trajectory in nozzle holes in producing formation region, piercing by bullets of channels in string, cement ring and producing formation. Nozzle is made with many radial holes for bullet exit into formation at various heights and in various directions, with covers sealing holes. Nozzle is turned by turning of tubing string. Perforator is installed at wellhead where bullets are shot along tubing pipe or string. Holes in nozzle are temporarily opened at moment of bullet exit. Tubing is turned and moved up and dow. Device for method embodiment has perforator and nozzle installed on tubing pipe or string. Covers of nozzle holes open at moment of bullet exit. There is a mechanism for turning round of nozzle and its moving up and down, in the form of tubing. EFFECT: provision of any number of perforation channels per device lowering. 2 cl, 3 dwg
