FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: method can be employed to measure microdeformations of objects by process of holographic interferometry. Proposed method of real time interferometry consists in exposure of hologram of object on photosensitive material, in development and registration of image of object in initial state and in comparison of image reconstructed from hologram with object itself. In correspondence with method exposure of hologram of object in initial state is carried out simultaneously with development of hologram and its registration is implemented at moment when intensity of image reconstructed from hologram achieves equality with intensity of object proper. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity of results of examination of objects thanks to increased contrast of interference bands. 1 dwg
