SUBSTANCE: method involves wetting seeds in spore suspension agent (test) and in pipeline water (control); growing sprouts in roll culture under etiolation conditions followed with greening stage at continuous illumination conditions; registering slowed-down fluorescence and evaluating reaction of kind of cereal to K=|Ic-I(t)|/Ic • 100%, where Ic is slowed-down fluorescence of control samples; I(t) is slowed-down fluorescence of test samples; regarding kind of cereal as referring to group of relatively stable kinds, if K does not exceed 30% for barley and 20% for wheat.
