SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Method for evaluating selection samples of winter wheat for resistance to fusarial root rot is as follows. Selective selection of calli grown on Murashige-Skoog medium in mature nuclei culture is carried out against background of Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht.:Fr. culture filtrate, wherein as the culture filtrate Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht.:Fr. using 8-day culture filtrate in concentration of 20 % containing 2 ml of culture filtrate and 8 ml of sterile distilled water, in which the calli preliminarily grown in a mature nucleus culture are placed and held for 47–48 hours in the dark at temperature of 26–27 °C, then formed by dispersing loose callus tissue cell suspension is sowed on a fresh nutrient medium Murashige-Skoog, wherein the frequency of callus formation is determined on 30th day of cultivation in the dark at temperature of 26–27 °C and 70 % air humidity.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce labour intensity and time expenditures and to increase samples of analysed sample samples during the whole calendar year irrespective of the period of the vegetation period of the crop.
