Internal inguinal ring is narrowed by suturing its upper-lateral corner by capturing both transverse and internal abdominal muscles. Membrane of spermatic funiculus is tightened up to the edges of the narrowed internal inguinal ring from the upper-lateral side from the top and from the bottom. EFFECT: reduced number of postoperational relapses.
