FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering glucocorticosteroids in shortened course during 6-8 days in sudden cases of arising neurosensory disorders not longer then 3-15 h. The treatment begins by giving maximum dose and then it is gradually reduced. Prednisolone is administered at a dose of 30 mg gradually reducing it to 5 mg during 8 days.
