FIELD: ice-breaking jobs. SUBSTANCE: submarine vessel 2 is set in motion under ice 1 at safe depth and resonance speed exciting flexural gravitational waves 3; during motion of vessel 2, hydraulic impacts are additionally created in fore and aft extremities: by braking the vessel through reverse of propeller 5 for example in aft extremity; in fore extremity, liquid 7 streams to piston 11 simultaneously with braking in main ballast tank 8 due to its partial filling and presence of air cavity 9. having compressed air 9 and having impinged against piston 11, liquid sets in motion plate 13 through rod 12, thus building-up increased pressure in fore extremity of vessel 2. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of ice breaking. 1 dwg
