SUBSTANCE: submarine ship 2 is set in motion under ice 1 at safe depth and resonance speed exciting flexural gravitational waves 3; during motion, ship 2 is given poorly streamlined shape by forming hydrodynamic eddies in her aft extremity. Centers 8 of eddies 7 are located above areas of separation of boundary layer 9 of liquid flowing around ship's hull. In the course of accomplishing this method, initial lines of current 10 deviate to direction 11. As a result, height of flexural gravitational waves 3 increases to height of flexural gravitational waves 12. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of ice breaking. 1 dwg
