FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: device can be used as transmitter of angle of course, yaw and pitch on various mobile objects of both military and civilian assignment. Technical result of invention lies in increased reliability, simplified design and expanded functional capabilities thanks to insertion of permanent mechanical coupling of ends of spiral band spring to rim of rotor and to bushing for spring coiling. Securing of rotor and caging of frames of gimbal suspension of gyroscope are conducted by single rod in direction of radius of rotor and uncaging is carried out in three stages: release of rotor and of internal and external frames of gimbal suspension in sequence. Device includes spring permanently joined to rim of rotor and bushing for spring coiling mounted in internal space of rotor. Bushing is mounted for rotation on cylindrical central protrusion of wall of rotor. Slider with compression spring is put of shaft of rotor in series with bushing and is joined with one end to internal frame of gimbal suspension with the aid of splined joint and with other end coming in the form of hollow cylinder with tooth-shaped cams along generating line interacts with tooth-shaped cams on surface of bushing.
