Temperature-compensated crystal oscillator unit has voltage source whose voltage is independent of ambient temperature, temperature sensor circuit generating voltage proportional to ambient temperature, control circuit generating control voltage used to compensate for temperature characteristic of crystal oscillator throughout entire ambient temperature range by means of piecewise-linear approximation of cubic characteristic with continuous lines. EFFECT: eliminated control-voltage frequency jump, facilitated adjustment for temperature compensation. 28 cl, 28 dwg
