SUBSTANCE: method involves cultivating isolated embryos on artificial growing medium; obtaining sprouts and rooting; stimulating development of adventitious buds directly in embryos seed lobe tissues by introducing into growing medium of thidiazurone preparation in concentration of 0.1-2.0 mg/l.
