FIELD: agriculture, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: raspberry regenerants were prepared by leaf explants culturing on nutrient medium. Explants are leaf plates of tube plants at size above 4 mm, age is 3-5 months. Incisions were made on adaxial surface of leaf plates, placed their on nutrient medium and cultured at light intensity 80-150 mc for 5-8 days; then intensity of illumination is increased by 20-fold and cultured up to sprouts preparing length of that is necessary for rooting.
