FIELD: domestic facility. SUBSTANCE: wall chair has back attached to wall and equipped with side walls and hinged seat pivotally connected to back. Supporting bar is positioned between side wall lower parts extending forward. In operating position seat is lying on supporting bar to transmit loading of sitter's weight to back. In operating position rear part of seat abuts against back from below. Springy member is positioned in cavity defined by side walls and supporting bar and offset relative to seat axis of rotation. Springy member is adapted for moving seat from intermediate position to vertical position and for holding seat in this position. Seat is hold in horizontal position by gravitational force. Wall chair may be used in entrance rooms of apartments for putting on or lacing shoes, as well as for serving as piece of furniture in vans, cabin of mobile radar etc. EFFECT: simplified and compact construction and manufacture, convenient use and enhanced reliability in operation. 4 cl, 4 dwg
