FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has controllable electric drive, rod with unit for fastening instruments, spindle, locking mechanism for avoiding rod cranking about the axis. The spindle has stem to enable fastening to the electric drive shaft. Cylinder is manufactured as a whole with the spindle. Internal surface of the cylinder has working profile. The external one is threaded. Rod is placed inside of the cylinder, external surface of the rod has working profile identical to the above mentioned. Balls are diametrically arranged between them. Guiding coupling has axial guiding grooves. The guiding coupling is attached to the device casing by means of union nut. The working profiles are made according to rule A= A = Rtgα, where A is the rod movement amplitude, R is the working profile circle radius and α is the involute angle. Balls separated with insert are placed into the guiding grooves of the rod and coupling. The coupling and casing end face are designed to allow them to be locked in arbitrary position around the axis. Draining holes are made in the casing, spindle and rod.
