FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has the first and the second bases for treating bone tissues having supporting platforms and guiding member. The guiding member has conductor unit with the first inlay for placing detachable cutting instrument. The first and the second bases are connected with flexible link as separate coupled segments rotatable relative to one another and having openings for placing rope. The rope ends are fixed in the slots of the first and the second bases. The first organ for stretching rope is mounted on between the first base and initial segment of the flexible link. The first organ for stretching rope has the first union, and the first bushing having the second inlay fixed therein. Groove for placing the rope is manufactured in the second inlay.
