SUBSTANCE: device has controllable electric drive, rod with unit for fastening instruments, spindle, motion converter having locking mechanism for avoiding rod cranking about the axis and restricting movement amplitude. The device has sleeve the parts of which have matchable working surfaces. Rod shaft journals are positioned between the sleeve parts. Matching surfaces shape ensures smooth reciprocal movement of the rod. The sleeve is detachably connected to cylinder that is detachably connected to the housing being the device body. The rod and the working instrument are fixable in arbitrary position in particular cases of device design.
