FIELD: oil producing industry; applicable in testing of wells for injectivity, and technological treatment of well bottom-hole zone. SUBSTANCE: method includes nonstationary injection of reagent, measurement of injection pressure and reagent flow rate at wellhead, reduction of measurement data according to bottom-hole conditions, determination of accumulated flow rate and work done for nonstationary flow of flow rate unit in bottom-hole zone. On basis if said parameters, with consideration of current conductivity of formation, skin effect coefficient is calculated. Current conductivity is used as a value determined on bases of results of nonstationary test of given well for injectivity by formation fluid. Reagent injection conditions are varied upon attaining of required filtration properties of well bottom-hole zone determined by skin effect calculated by accumulated flow rate and by work of flow of reagent consumed in bottom-hole zone with due consideration of current formation conductivity. Directly before nonstationary injection of reagent, casing-tubing annulus is filled with homogeneous single-phase stable fluid with said density. Nonstationary injection of reagent into formation is carried out through tubing string with closed annulus. Pressure is measured in closed annulus at wellhead with simultaneous measurement of fluid level in closed annulus.
