FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use when examining and simultaneously treating bottom zone of formation. Pulse unsteady reagent injection process is created in well head where pressure and reagent intake are measured. Measurement data are translated for bottom zone conditions. For pulse unsteady reagent injection conditions, summary reagent intake and work spent on nonsteady flow of unit reagent intake in bottom zone are evaluated. From these data, taking into account current conductivity of formation, skin-effect factor is calculated. Current conductivity signifies a quantity found from data obtained in short-term pulse unsteady test of given well for formation fluid injectivity. Change of reagent injection mode is performed on achieving required filtration characteristics of bottom zone of formation found from skin-effect calculated as indicated above.
