FIELD: thermal engineering; cogeneration power plants. SUBSTANCE: thermal power plant has steam turbine with condenser connected to circulating-water drain and delivery pipelines and heat-extraction points connected to heating- system heaters inserted between return and delivery pipelines; vacuum deaerator connected through makeup water pipeline to system return pipeline and through heating-agent pipeline, to system delivery pipeline. Power plant is provided with heat-pump unit whose heating- medium line is connected to vacuum-deaerator heating-agent line and on cooling-agent end it is connected to circulating-water drain pipeline downstream of turbine condenser.
