SUBSTANCE: thermal power station has at least one steam turbine with feedwater deaerator, heating-system pipeline incorporating delivery-water heaters, makeup-water vacuum deaerator with source-water, heating- agent, and makeup-water pipelines, the latter pipeline being connected to heating-system pipeline. Inserted in source-water pipeline of vacuum deaerator is heater whose heating-medium line is connected to feedwater pipeline downstream of feedwater deaerator.
