FIELD: medicine, labor medicine. SUBSTANCE: hygienic evaluation of working conditions is carried out. Then complex evaluation of workers' health state is conducted including clinicofunctional research methods, epidemiological and medicostatic researches. Then quantitative evaluation of relative risk and etiologic portion as the measure of production dependence for the main studied values of health disorders is calculated. At relative risk values up to 1.4 and etiologic portion below 33% one should evaluate general diseases, at relative risk within 1.5 - 5 and etiologic portion being 33-80% production-dependent diseases could be stated on, and at relative risk above 5 and etiological portion 81-100% one may conclude on professional diseases.
