FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to occupational hygiene, occupational pathology, and can be used in mass examinations of workers to identify risk groups of developing angioedema syndrome of vibration disease (VD). Ultrasonic duplex scanning (USDS) of a finger own artery of a middle finger, a superficial palmar arch, an ulnar artery, then an arm is immersed into a vessel at temperature of 5-8 degrees for 5 minutes, after which in twenty minutes after cooling, a repeated USDS is performed. Initial and after cooling values of maximum linear systolic blood flow velocity (Vps), volumetric blood flow velocity (VF) and pulsatory index (PI) are determined. Derived values are used to determine the degree of angiodystonic syndrome of VD.
EFFECT: method enables providing more accurate diagnosis of angiodystonic syndrome of VD by objective assessment of the state of the microvasculature of the upper extremities.
