FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to occupational medicine, occupational health, and can be used as a method of prediction of the risk of industrial diseases development in employees working in harmful labor conditions. Essence of the method: in the serum of blood determine the quantitative content of products of lipid peroxidation, catalase activity, mass concentration of vitamins E and A. Each sign is evaluated in points, namely the value of the indicator is normally estimated as 0 points; deviation of the indicator from the norm by no more than 10 % – as 1 point; deviation of the indicator from the norm by 11–24 % – as 2 points; deviation of the indicator from the norm by 25–49 % – as 3 points; deviation of the indicator from the norm by 50–74 % – as 4 points; the deviation of the indicator from the norm by 75 % or more is estimated as 5 points. After that, the scores obtained are summarized and, with a total of no more than 8 points, predict a low risk of industrial diseases development, 9–15 points – the average degree of risk, 16 and more points – a high degree of risk.
EFFECT: invention is simple, the use of the invention improves the accuracy of the prediction.
