METHOD OF RATIONALE OF BIOMARKERS PRODUCED DUE TO NEGATIVE EFFECTS FROM INFLUENCE OF HARMFUL PRODUCTION FACTORS ON WORKERS OF INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURES Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61B5/00 G01N33/50

Abstract RU 2629351 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the HPF affecting workers is determined. A list of likely workers' NE exposed to the installed HPF is established. An observation group (OG), which workplaces are influenced by the HPF is formed. A comparison group (CG), the workplaces of which are not influenced by the HPF is formed. Sampling of blood of the workers of the OG and CG are performed. The priority HPF is detached and a list of likely NE from its impact is established. The degree of cause and effect relationship of the development of the established NE from the impact of the priority HPF on the calculation of the relative risk index and in terms of production etiological fraction (EF) of the contribution of factors of working conditions in the development of NE. Special NE types is detached for which EF is more than 51.0% and among them the leading NE is detached based on the largest EF. Based on the established leading NE, a list of traditional laboratory indicators (LI) and additional LI is formed for it. Traditional and additional LI of the OG and CG workers is determined. Some of the indicated LI is detached, the level of which significantly differs from the level of the CG indicators, and they establish a specified NE. The functional indicators (FI) of this specified NE of the OG and CG workers is determined. The most informative FI in the OG are detached, the level of which significantly differs from the level of such FI in the CG. A quantitative assessment of the degree of cause-effect relationship of the FI of the specified NE with the identified priority HPF is performed. The more specified FI are detached, for which EF is more than 51.0%. The dependencies are modeled in the system of "exposure of the priority HPF-LI of the specified NE" through the determination of the calculated probability P'of the deviation LI of the specified NE from the norm. The modeling of the dependencies between the LI of the specified NE is carried out, for which a reliable dependence "exposure level of the priority HPF-LI of the specified NE" is established, performed separately from the OG and CG workers. Marker LI are detached. Separately for each marker LI, a modeling dependencies by the method of the non-linear regression analysis "marker LI - specified FI" is performed using the determining the calculated probability P" taking into account the duration of exposure of the investigated priority HPF. That marker LI, for which a reliable probability of deviation from the standard of the specified FI is established, is taken as a justified BM of the productive justified NE at the impact of the HPF on the workers.

EFFECT: high accuracy.
