FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology and occupational pathology. It can be used for prediction of risk of development of hearing loss caused by combined effect of noise, vibration, chemical substances, aerosols of fibrinogenic action and factors of labour process. Method involves tonal audiometry, ophthalmoscopy and conjunctival biomicroscopy of an eyeball. In addition, the presence of hazardous production factors at the workplace, the class of working conditions, the length of occupational experience in hazardous production, the presence of comorbidities and worker complaints are additionally determined. Otoscopic and rhinoscopic examination, delayed induced otoacoustic emission, tympanometry and acoustic reflexometry are performed. Presence of changes in the central nervous and cardiovascular systems, lipid metabolism disorders, an increase in the level of lipid peroxidation products, an increase in total cholesterol and low-density lipoproteins are determined. Each indicator is evaluated in points. After summation of points, 4 groups of dispensary observation are determined. In accordance with a certain group, the patient is given recommendations, the mandatory of which is the annual periodic medical examination.
EFFECT: method is easy to use, enables to detect early signs of occupational hearing loss.
