SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to study hydrophysical fields while conducting ecological investigations, in experimental hydrodynamics, oceanology and some other fields of technology. Device has three-component speed-to-electric signal converter, six accelerometers located in vertexes of octahedron, six identical amplifiers, six identical integrators, nine identical band-pass filters, three identical subtractors and computer integrated by proper couplings. EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy of orthogonal components of pulsation of current speed under conditions of vibration. 4 dwg
