SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes three identical speed converters for converting speed into electrical signal which are located in one straight line. Functional unit whose inputs (from first to third) are connected with outputs of converters converting the speed to electrical signal is designed for calculating the output signal depending on signals furnished from converters and distances between them.
