SUBSTANCE: self-oscillator includes voltage divider in circuit of base, power source, bias voltage source and readjusted voltage source; oscillatory circuit having inductance of base circuit, inter-electrode capacitance of transistor, varicap, capacitor and in addition ferrite choke and fixed capacitor.

EFFECT: enhanced frequency stability, suppression of parasitic oscillations.
