SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in heating the blank followed by rolling and cooling in solution containing ethyl alcohol in the amount of 7 to 10%, water being the remainder or in solution containing aqua ammonia in the amount of 5 to 12%, water being the remainder or in solution containing aqua ammonia in the amount of 3 to 10%, ammonium chloride (2-10%), water being the remainder. Rate of motion of wire in cooling ranges from 4 to 6 m/min. Cooling solution is fed in circulating mode.
